About the role

Due to growth, our client has recognised the need for a friendly and highly motivated Administrative professional to join their team. In this varied support role, you will work alongside the Office Manager to support a range of business functions and ensure the smooth running of the office.


Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to;

  • Providing extensive administrative assistance to the wider team
  • Processing of incoming and outgoing daily mail and deliveries
  • Ordering and maintaining stationery and office supplies
  • Data entry
  • Preparing/formatting documents
  • As well as ad hoc administrative tasks as required

Skills / Experience

The role will suit someone who has had at least 2 years prior experience in a similar role, as well as:

  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Positive, friendly and proactive attitude
  • Computer literate to intermediate level MS Office Suite
  • Strong administration and coordination skills
  • Team Player
  • Discretion in relation to confidential information
